We’re back the way we love most: Raising a glass together.
From 12 pm to 2 pm, we’re inviting friends, neighbours and all our regulars to celebrate our reopening with a welcome vermouth and a Babbo-style Variat: Russian salad, garlic mushrooms and meatballs.
There’ll be music, a great atmosphere and the perfect excuse to welcome a new season the right way.
It’s also the perfect moment to discover our new 2026 menu, created so we can keep enjoying Babbo the way we love most: with new tapas, vermouth and good company.
And keep an eye on the clock, because from 5 pm we’ll carry on with DJ Titi and our first tardeo of the year, to keep the opening celebration going properly.
